Iowa

We ended our trip by renting a car and driving down to Boone, IA.

On the way down to Boone, we met our friends Doug & Emily for lunch. It was a great quick meal and lots of fun.

Then we arrived in Boone on Saturday. We went to church on Sunday and saw so many wonderful people that we dearly miss. The Boone, Iowa ward is the best ward in the world. (No offense to our current ward, it's nice, but just not the same.) It was so much fun to see everyone. It just made us realize how much we love and miss the people there. They truly are family to us. They took care of us when we weren't able to take care of ourselves. The love we still feel from them is amazing! We miss you!

A special thanks to the Castle/Coleman family for letting us crash at their place. Their hospitality didn't go unnoticed. (Plus thanks for the quick potluck after church on Sunday!)

We flew out of the Des Moines airport on Monday. Overall the boys did really well. There were so many people they had to meet, and they actually seemed to love it. Brenton even got to meet his namesake. He didn't really seem that excited about it. Sorry Brent.

We didn't get to spend as much time with people as we'd like, and we didn't even get a chance to see some. Hopefully we'll plan a longer trip sometime in the future. If any of you are ever in Northern Idaho, PLEASE stop by! We'd love to have you.
