Thanksgiving Weekend

We went up to Hope, Idaho the day after Thanksgiving to spend the weekend away. The first night Kale and I stayed by ourselves (thanks to the Stewarts watching our boys). Thanks Mary & Jared!!!!!!!

We stayed in my parent's time-share condos (thanks Mom & Dad). We had a great time! We swam, fed the ducks/geese/seagulls, played basketball, built a fire each night in the wonderful fireplace (we REALLY want one in our home!) and most of all, we relaxed and slept. Great times by all.

Yes, this is my little boy with pink goggles. He LOVES them! He refused to take them off the entire time we were at the pool.By the end of our 1st time at the pool, the boys were "swimming" by themselves with their life jackets. A huge step for them. Alex was even jumping in from the side of the pool by himself.

This is the bathtub in the Master bedroom. The boys LOVED having bubble baths in it.

There was a gym area with a small arcade next to it. Of course, Alex had to go for the car game. He looks so tiny trying to reach the "driver" as he calls it.

After feeding the geese for a while, seagulls started to dive bomb them trying to get the bread. Crazy dirty birds! Kind of fun to watch, but we did feel pretty bad for the geese. The ducks kept their distance until we were ready to leave.

We are ready to go back anytime. Such a fun weekend!
