There used to be a house behind us. It was VERY run-down, and the owners WAY behind on their taxes. The owners sold sold it to a guy who cleaned up the property, and had the fire department burn the house down, and has re-listed it at a much higher price. The fire department got practice, and he got free disposal. Thank you to all! We LOVE the new view from the back of our house!

Above: What was left, the morning after. It only took the new owner around two days to clean up the spot, level it out, and plant grass seed. The grass is already growing, and he has been mowing it once a week. If you want some land in Northern Idaho for a good deal, we'll get you the information. Nice neighbors would be fun to have!

Wow that must have been quite the experience! I have never been close to a fire like that.
