Spokane has a fair every summer called "Pig out in the Park". It's basically a fair with food booths everywhere. That's what the focus of the entire event is. There is such a variety of food there. It ranges from Indian food (very yummy) to chocolate covered cheesecake on a stick. They have fresh donuts (yum), fresh ice-cream, lemonade, and pretty much anything else you can think of.
The boys favorite food is corn on the cob. We had that for them. Alex gave us some nasty looks when we pretended to take it from him. Pretty funny.

Alex is learning his
alphabet. At the time of the fair he knew about 1/3 of the letters. (Now he knows almost all of them.) He can recognize the letter and say it. He kept going to the blocks and pointing to the letter R. He was so excited to find a letter that he knew.

They have these iron statues at the park. For some reason Brenton was
fascinated with them. He was trying to climb on them, and when that didn't work so well, he started
imitating them.

This slide was a huge hit with ALL the boys.

Of course there were ducks to feed. An all time family favorite.

I was just there over Labor Day weekend too!!! funny!
Sheesh, that was an intense Utah trip. Seems like when we were living away every time we came back to Logan every second of all our days was packed w/ stuff and we didn't even do everything we had planned. It's just the way it goes I guess!
